Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience. The rooms overlooking the spacious savannah were exceptionally furnished, offering a perfect relaxation spot to watch the sun rise or set. It was very comfortable and nice, with zebra, gazelle, and buffalo grazing right in the 'backyard'. The service was top-notch, providing us with delicious meals in picnic baskets for our game drives and showing genuine care and attention. The location was mesmerizing, with a waterhole for animals next to the infinity pool, perfectly situated in the middle of the Serengeti plain. The dining experience at the Kula restaurant was exceptional, serving a full game drive meal in the heart of the Serengeti, truly unexpected for a 5-star hotel.

The service was exceptional, from the welcoming and helpful management to every individual staff member. The dining experience was over the top, offering a wide variety of options, and the rooms were grandiose with stunning views of the water hole and the Serengeti.
